Cooking up some serious gourmet noms for Easter lunch tomorrow: sweet potato stuffed lasagne baked in basil cheeze sauce, and spring salad featuring lucinato kale, carrots, red capsicum, orange slices, and sautéed tofu. It was everything I could do to keep from digging in tonight. :3
